Registration.

Physical Facilities.

• book the building

• set up and clean up of cultural hall (chairs, tables)
  
• set up and clean up of classrooms (tables, chairs, markers, magnets)
  
• coordinate with church IT assistants to have rooms ready for presenters
• arrange for daily schedule to be put on 1F electronic board during conference
• put up banners & signs in hall, bathroom, elevator, classrooms

Food.

• select and contact resturant to provide lunch Friday and Saturday.
  
• get lunch numbers from website just prior to conference and order food.
  
• order additional fruit/dessert/water
  
• Friday and Saturday morning muffins and juice
  
• Organize the set up and clean up of all food activities (coordinate with physical facilities chair)

Speakers & Bios.

• compile and gather names for potential breakout presenters from throughout the Asia Area
• send letters of invitation to presenters
  
• finalize breakout presentation speakers & plan schedule
  
• all communication with presenters including to determine IT needs, secure presentation titles and summaries to be sent to Webmaster, and Bios to be submitted

• assign introducers for each speaker - orient them (1 for each presenter/speaker)
